ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

Leadership is a moral. The skills, behaviours and techniques of ethical leadership can be used for good when directed to the cause of excellence or justice. The same attributes can be used in a manner which betrays trust, violates the common good and indulges in self-serving behaviours.
Ethical leadership is no longer optional. It is the organization’s expectation and the
contemporary benchmark for those in positions of trust. To be an ethical leader is indeed to be different.
